Account Review
Submitting a form requests review and does not create an order. Amino Wholesale may request additional business or research-account information and may approve or decline access at its discretion, subject to applicable requirements.
Current Availability and Quotes
Website inventory and pricing are informational. A written quote confirms the applicable SKU mix, quantity, price, documentation status, fulfillment source, estimated timing, and quote validity for the requested transaction. Availability is point-in-time and may change until the order is confirmed under the written quote or invoice.
No Public Checkout
Amino Wholesale does not accept public website orders. Approved transactions are handled through direct quote and invoice instructions. Do not send payment details through the public contact forms.
Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after account approval and completion of the acceptance and payment steps stated in the applicable written quote or invoice. The invoice and any attached written terms control product quantities, charges, payment timing, and order-specific conditions.
Fulfillment and Shipping
Estimated fulfillment and transit timing are provided with the quote or order confirmation. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate eligible business destination and promptly reviewing shipment and tracking information.
Documentation
COA and related documentation availability is confirmed by SKU and lot. Documentation is batch-specific. Buyers should review the applicable documents and notify Amino Wholesale promptly if the received lot or documentation does not match the accepted order.
Changes, Cancellation, and Issues
Requests to change or cancel an order are governed by the accepted quote or invoice and may not be available after allocation or fulfillment begins. Report shortages, damage, documentation mismatch, or other fulfillment issues promptly to the contact listed on the invoice. Any replacement, credit, or other resolution is determined under the accepted written terms and the verified circumstances.
Research Use Only
All quoted and fulfilled catalog items are for research use only and not for human or veterinary use. The buyer remains responsible for lawful receipt, storage, handling, transfer, resale, labeling, and use.
